Karolina Grodzka
Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Gdansk University of Technology. She gained experience in the field of barrier-free design by being the long-standing chairwoman of the student research club „Universal Design”. She participated in many accessibility audits and nationwide projects on this issue.
She gained professional experience working in several design offices dealing with architecture and interiors. In her work, she tries to pay attention to a utilitarian approach to design, rather than just meeting minimum standards.
In addition to her daily work, she is also preoccupied with the subject of the challenges facing contemporary architecture in the context of climate change, migration and an aging population.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking and devoting time to her two adopted cats.
