On 19 May 2021, a meeting was held to discuss the concept of creating an urban community garden in Zabrze - Maciejów, which was prepared under the supervision of Dr Iwona Benek in cooperation with Anna Szewczenko, a group of students from the Faculty of Architecture, Silesian University of Technology, and representatives of the local community in the district.
