In addition, active designer and consultant in the field of strategy, creation and communication policy of companies and institutions; professionally cooperated, among others. PhD Edyta Sadowska is a futurologist and assistant professor at the Institute of Security Studies of the Pedagogical University of Krakow. She deals with topics related to the future, which, in the spirit of using the future, she popularizes and presents as a space relevant for discussion today. In her scientific work, she focuses on topics related to human security in relation to the challenges of managing the future. She also works on the idea of longevity and the challenges of a long-lived society. She is a co-founder of the Era of New Old Age project. Her work focuses on the need to redefine many areas and on new creative approaches to tomorrow.  
Karolina Grodzka
Karolina Grodzka
Graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Gdansk University of Technology. She gained experience in the field of barrier-free design by being the long-standing chairwoman of the student research club "Universal Design". She participated in many accessibility audits and nationwide projects on this issue. She gained professional experience working in several design offices dealing with architecture and interiors. In her work, she tries to pay attention to a utilitarian approach to design, rather than just meeting minimum standards. In addition to her daily work, she is also preoccupied with the subject of the challenges facing contemporary architecture in the context of climate change, migration and an aging population. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and devoting time to her two adopted cats.

Architekt IARP, wiceprezes zarządu Stowarzyszenia Architektów Polskich o/Katowice. Studiowała na Wydziale Architektury Politechniki Śląskiej, który ukończyła z nagrodą Dyplom Roku 2007 oraz w The Oslo School of Architecture and Design. Doświadczenie zdobywała w biurach KWK Promes i Ghilardi+Hellsten Arkitekter. Jest laureatką wielu nagród w kraju i za granicą. W zespole z Michałem Lisińskim wygrała m.in. Europan 10 oraz konkurs na projekt zagospodarowania placu Toftegaards w Kopenhadze. Od 2014 wraz z Łukaszem Smolarczykiem tworzy pracownię SUPERGUT STUDIO.
Łukasz Smolarczyk
Łukasz Smolarczyk
Architect, designer, board member of the Association of Polish Architects o/Katowice and member of the Association of Applied Graphic Designers. Graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Faculty of Architecture at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and in Furniture and Interior Design from the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. He gained experience in KWK Promes and CODE Design studios, as well as in the District Inspectorate of Construction Supervision in Zabrze and the Geoplan planning studio. He runs the platform ART OF NEON, which aims to promote and spread knowledge of neon signs as a phenomenon in the field of visual arts. Since 2014, together with Katarzyna Furgalińska, she has been creating SUPERGUT STUDIO studio.
