Since May 2023, she has been coordinating, supporting, co-creating strategies for the development, activities and image of the Laboratory of Architecture 60+ (LAB 60+) Foundation. She is a manager, a business practitioner with proven successes, a strategist, an expert in building organizations based on defined values. She gathered organizational experience at Flugger in Poland, from the "green field" stage to creating a large, solid sales organization and building this brand in Poland. She took an active part in creating the company's strategy at each stage of its development in Poland. As a business mentor, she supports organizations, entrepreneurs and those who ask for help to change. "There is a time of taking and a time of giving," she says. Therefore, Malgosia's current goal is to use her knowledge and experience, supporting people and organizations that are just facing challenges. She identifies with a vision of a green, sensitive, conscious world, based on a community of self-evident values such as the rights of everyone, including the old, the young, children, women, an engaged civil society, active in its sustainable local governments. And why did Margaret decide to work with LAB60+? Having traveled frequently, where she has had the opportunity to look around neighborhoods, around cities, she believes that they are not always friendly to healthy and happy living. In particular, if she looks from her point of view. Gretel says of herself that she is in the " older adult" or otherwise "young old" segment. And she realizes that there will be "more and more" of us, people in the next cycles of life, open to change, to live a long, healthy and happy life! That's why he feels agreement with the mission of LAB 60+. He wishes everyone the opportunity to live a life of good longevity, or LONGEVITY: a healthy lifestyle, involvement in communities, financial security, and openness to lifelong learning!

She has been involved in graphic design in various forms at LAB 60+ for more than 3 years. She works in various design and creative areas, especially focused on aspects of changing society, as well as new technologies. She has participated in many international research projects, and is also active in the topics of sustainability and ecology, implementing the knowledge she has gained into her projects. In her work as a graphic designer and illustrator, she is constantly expanding the field of her work, opening up to new tools. Close to her heart is the desire to change our cities for the better, so that we want to grow old in them. At LAB 60+, she strives to show a vision of cities that are friendlier and more innovative. Instead of treating aging as something alien that awaits us in the future, she wants to focus on the pursuit of a healthy and long life. This is part of the "longevity" trend; for her, it's not just about striving to live longer, but also about creating a healthier, more active and fulfilling lifestyle that enables us to enjoy and fulfill our goals in every stage of our lives.
