In October 17th Iwona Benek represented LAB60+ in the debate as a part of the DługoWIECZNI events. The meeting took place at the Silesian Stadium, where it was also decided which city is the most senior-friendly; Tychy won the competition, 2nd place Świętochłowice, 3rd Częstochowa. For several years, “Gazeta Wyborcza” has been running the “DługoWIECZNI” campaign. The editorial staff publishes texts about the needs and aspirations of older people, conducts workshops and debates, promotes activity, suggests how to care for health.
