“Manual for New Old Age”
“Manual for New Old Age”
Old age is the future of each and every one of us. Reading these words - you will never become younger again. What exactly is old age and are we able to prepare for it? We work for it all our lives - every decision we make brings us closer to it, but can also modify it. In cooperation between the New Theater, the Laboratory of Architecture 60+, Era of New Old Age (ENS) and Center for Gerontological Education we created the "Manual for New Old Age". Because we believe that there is a need for a new view of old age in the face of the changes and challenges we face on our way to longevity. What exactly is the HOW-TO we are presenting to you? It is a collection of developed and tested tips, exercises and methods for working with a group around the topic of designing the future and a new view of old age. We hope that this manual will inspire you to design a "new old age". Check out: here
