We are pleased to announce that on November 13, 2020, the project of the first Multigenerational House in Łódź, Poland, which we have worked on in terms of the functioning model, has been selected and placed in the international catalogue: "The Cultural Heritage in Action" organized by the European Commission.

Recently, LAB60+ has performed 3 audits which were commissioned by Invest Komfort based on their architectural investments. The documentation included recommendations for changes which will improve the availability of residential buildings for new housing estates in Gdańsk and Sopot.
